International Literacy Day Celebrated at AGS Hajinar

Army Goodwill School, Hajinar today celebrated International Literacy Day with great enthusiasm and fervour.

The program was held on 08 September 2026 in the school premises on the theme "Promoting multilingual education: Literacy for mutual understanding and peace"

A series of activities were organized to mark the day. Students participated actively in Speech Competition, Painting Competition and Debate Competition Through their speeches, paintings and debates, students highlighted the importance of literacy as a tool for empowerment, dignity and peace.

The entire program was successfully coordinated by Mr. Ishtiyaq Hassan and Mr. Harpreet Singh

The event was concluded by the *senior-most teachers* of the school who presented the Vote of Thanks and appreciated the efforts of all participating students and coordinators.
